How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Recentlypair Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Recentlypair Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we matched you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have an issue with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Recentlypair Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@recentlypair.homes and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, typically within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help when a provider is licensed.
